- Get an Owner's Manual - Free

- Read Owner's manual - end to end

- Learn Instrument, Control Functions Owner's Manual Section 3 -18
- Review Pre-Operation checklist Owner's Manual Section 4 -1, 2, 3

- Check oil level

- Run regular grade fuel only

- Check all fasteners: ensure they are secure.

 

- Check seat bolts to make sure they are tight.

 

- Check that the front wheel/tire is assembled

   correctly. The arrow on the tire and rim should

   point in the same direction as the forward

   rotation of the tire.

 

- Check that the warm idle RPM is around 1000
